2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes or estimates are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing.
  • Pricing may change if additional work is required (for example: hidden decay, extra limbs, or root issues not visible during inspection).
  • We’ll always discuss any price changes with you before doing extra work.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or major credit cards.
  • Late payments may include a 5% monthly service charge until paid in full.

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged a small service fee to cover crew costs.
  • If we arrive and cannot perform the work due to access or safety issues, a trip fee may apply.

5. Property Access and Safety

  • The customer is responsible for clearing access to the work area before the scheduled time.
  • Pets and people should be kept at a safe distance during work.
  • We’re not liable for hidden obstacles like underground pipes, sprinkler systems, or septic lines that are not disclosed before work begins.

6. Damage and Liability

  • We take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage.
  • However, we’re not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, fences, or other property if access or work requires large equipment unless caused by clear negligence.
  • Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. Scheduling and Weather Delays

Tree work is weather-dependent. If unsafe conditions arise (like high winds or storms), we’ll reschedule your job at the earliest available date. Safety always comes first.

8. Website Use

By using our website:

  • You agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any content or images.
  • You may not attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt the site in any way.

9. Warranties

We do our best to provide quality service every time. However, tree care involves natural elements we can’t control. We do not guarantee the survival of trees after pruning, trimming, or transplanting.
